Vicki lives in Harcourt with her husband, Robert (Barney).  They have two daughters, one son, and six grandchildren.  She is a native of Harcourt and a graduate of Central Webster High School of Burnside.  In her spare time she enjoys walking, camping, gardening, and spending time with her family.
